Generic Pharmaceuticals Antitrust Litigation

Pogust Goodhead is currently part of the group of law firms litigating an antitrust class action against more than 30 manufacturers of generic drugs.

The defendant manufacturers of these products—more than 200 generic drugs used by U.S. patients—unlawfully fixed prices for their own benefit. The lawsuit seeks damages suffered as a result of this price-fixing conspiracy.

The multidistrict litigation is currently pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
