Sunila Masih

Sunila qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and joined Pogust Goodhead in November 2021. Sunila is part of the Medical Product Liability team which handles group action claims against manufacturers of defective medical devices. She currently works on the Trans-vaginal Mesh Litigation contributing to the day-to-day running of claims.  

Sunila has a strong litigation background with experience in acting for both claimant and defendant clients. Sunila acquired her training at a claimant law firm, helping represent clients who suffered life changing injuries. She has also worked for a large national defendant firm acting on behalf of NHS Resolution in relation to clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts.
