Rodrigo Miranda

Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Rodrigo had 15 years of experience working at several companies in the Insurance and Technology markets in distinct roles within the Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Reporting departments. He also helped structure small businesses (startups) from a Finance and Accounting standpoint. His last adventure was digging into the Equity Management universe which brought him a lot of knowledge when dealing with Stock-Based Compensation topics where he played a critical role in helping international companies to build their Financial Reporting structure to comply with USGAAP and IRS regulations.
