Joshua is an Associate in Pogust Goodhead’s London office, working on consumer group litigation, including emissions cases against vehicle manufacturers. Joshua is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and in New York.
Prior to moving to the United Kingdom and joining Pogust Goodhead, Joshua worked at a consumer law firm in New York specialising in class action litigation. In addition to consumer class actions, he represented individual victims of police misconduct in cases brought against local and state governments and officials.
Before that, Joshua worked at a boutique employment law firm in New York where he represented and counselled employees in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and contract claims.
Joshua graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of International Studies and later earned his JD from Columbia Law School in New York City where he was a James Kent Scholar and served as an Articles Editor on the Columbia Law Review. After law school, Joshua clerked for Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, then of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and now of the Supreme Court of the United States.
