Erin Sexton

Erin joined Pogust Goodhead after graduating with a First-Class law degree from the University of Liverpool in 2019. Erin has spent the majority of her tenure at Pogust Goodhead working in the London Office on the firm’s Medical Products Litigations with special focus on Essure and Transvaginal Mesh. Erin gained invaluable knowledge of US mass tort litigation during her three-month secondment to the firm’s Philadelphia office, working on cases such as Injectafer.

Erin has also worked with the International Litigation team at various stages, including four weeks in Brazil assisting with the Mariana v BHP case.

In recent months, Erin has been involved in a number of business development initiatives investigating new litigations across the US, England and Wales, and Brazil.
