Carolyn graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne with a double degree in Law and Psychological Science. Carolyn was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia in 2015.
Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Carolyn acted in a broad range of cross-border commercial and corporate disputes, including matters relating to regulatory investigations, contract disputes, professional negligence and fraud.
Carolyn’s commercial acumen, versatile experience and insight having acted for both claimant and defendant clients allows her to assess cases from a unique angle and implement strategies to achieve the best outcome for clients.
Since moving to London in 2016, Carolyn has pursued her passion for dispute resolution and obtained diverse international civil litigation experience from working in the public and private sectors. Carolyn has worked for the Competition Market Authority, on behalf of the Treasury Solicitor in public and private law litigation matters and in-house for one of the largest global banks.
