Ana Carolina is partner and Head of the Litigation Finance at Pogust Goodhead. Ana Carolina deals with the firm’s investors and structuring the financial deals that fund the transnational and local cases of human rights, consumer protection, environmental damage, and climate litigation.
Ana Carolina is an experienced tax and financial lawyer having studied in Brazil (USP) and in England (LSE), and worked in investment banks, asset management firm and specialized law firms before joining Pogust Goodhead. She is currently on a Global Global Executive MBA programme at INSEAD.
She’s co-founder of DreamS Foundation, in Belgium, and seats at the board of Projeto Gauss endowment fund, which offers scholarships and mentorship for Brazilian pupils. Ana is an active actor and speaker in the Impact Investment sector.
