Crop Inputs Antitrust Litigation
Pogust Goodhead is currently part of the group of law firms litigating an antitrust class action that arises from a price-fixing conspiracy by defendant manufacturers—wholesalers and retailers of certain crop inputs used by farmers.
The defendant manufacturers of these products—which include seeds, fungicides, herbicides and insecticides—formed an unlawful cartel to increase and fix prices. The lawsuit seeks damages suffered as a result of this conspiracy.
The multidistrict litigation is currently pending in the Eastern District of Missouri.
