As an associate, Nazanin Sangestani works with the International Litigation team at Pogust Goodhead. She is currently involved in multi-jurisdictional group litigation cases with the overarching theme of claiming environmental damages.
Having worked as a lawyer in Iran’s leading commercial firm, she puts her experience over a broad range of corporate law into assisting the firm to solve the complex legal questions it handles while dealing with the largest claims in England’s history. She has also extensively worked on issues of human rights during her studies at Harvard Law School, Shahid Beheshti National University as well as her time working at United Nations.
Nazanin is motivated to play a role in realizing environmental justice, having joined Pogust Goodhead in October 2022.
