Thais Mello

As an Associate at Pogust Goodhead, Thais Mello has been working on several Brazilian cases involving environmental damage and product liability. She is responsible for performing research into relevant legal aspects that directly influence the strategies on how to best take the cases forward, thus achieving the best outcome for our clients.

In Brazil, Thais has acted in civil litigations representing institutional and individual clients. Since joining Pogust Goodhead in 2021, Thais has had the opportunity to work on various litigations, such as Uber, Dieselgate, Mariana dam disaster, Braskem, Norsk and Essure Brazil.
