During his career at Pogust Goodhead, Michael has worked on the noteworthy Volkswagen NOx Emissions before moving onto a leading role in the successful group litigation case against British Airways. One of the largest ever opt-in group actions for data breach in the UK, this case was the first major win for the firm and aided in ongoing development of workflows across the entire business.
