Monique Salerno has been a Pogust Goodhead associate since 2019, having worked predominantly with cases involving severe environmental law and human rights violations.
She has been working in Brazil with civil litigation since 2013 as an associate in law offices, in the Minas Gerais State Court and the Office of Prosecutor of Minas Gerais. Previous work abroad includes extensive experience in human rights and international law (UN-ICTY, Permanent Mission of Brazil in the UN in Geneva, mainly dealing with ECOSOC, Human Rights Council and Red Cross meetings and Amnesty International).
