This technology has resulted in far more efficient processes, allowing the firm to be more agile and meet client needs more flexibly.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"761\">We are shortlisted for Boutique Firm of the Year in recognition of the success PGMBM has had across a number of significant cases.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"893\">Within our four-year history, PGMBM has achieved a number of landmark victories and precedent setting rulings.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1005\">\u2022 In 2021, we resolved the <a href=\"https:\/\/pgmbmv2dev.wpengine.com\/british-airways-data-breach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">largest group-action personal-data claim in UK history against British Airways<\/a> within only 24 months.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1135\">\u2022 Shortly after, <a href=\"https:\/\/wdev.pogustgoodhead.com\/\">PGMBM<\/a>, acting for more than <a href=\"https:\/\/pgmbmv2dev.wpengine.com\/orange-juice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1,500 Brazilian orange growers<\/a>, secured a High Court judgment forcing multi-billionaire Brazilian orange juice magnate, Jos\u00e9 Luis Cutrale, and his son to face trial in London.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1357\">\u2022 Also in our favour, the Court of Appeal handed down a monumental judgment to reopen our claim on behalf of <a href=\"https:\/\/pgmbmv2dev.wpengine.com\/mariana-dam-disaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">200,000 Brazilian clients against Anglo-Australian mining giant BHP<\/a>, who were involved in a dam rupture that caused Brazil&#8217;s worst environmental disaster. We are currently awaiting the verdict from our court hearing last month.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1696\">We are so proud of the ground-breaking work all our staff are undertaking and we are excited to continue our journey.
