As an associate in both the firm’s Global Competition Law and Litigation Finance departments, Zach Pogust plays a key role on teams prosecuting antitrust class actions against those harmed by anti-competitive conduct and manages interactions between the firm and its funders, acting as an in-house transactional lawyer. Zach’s corporate law background, paired with his experience in all aspects of complex class action litigation, provide a valuable resource in litigating favorable resolutions for the firm’s clients, as well as developing and strengthening the firm’s financial strategy.
Zach began his career in the New York office of the law firm Proskauer Rose LLP in their Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity department. He has played a key role in various mid-to-large sized transactions, representing clients in the health care and technology industries.
