Sarah Voulaz works in the International Claims Group, focusing mainly on Environmental claims originating in Brazil and Latin America. As part of her work on the Mariana v BHP case, Sarah specialises in the client engagement and representation of members of indigenous communities in Brazil. Â
Sarah has previously been involved in advisory work on environmental and social compliance issues in the context of project financings. She has also worked with organisations promoting sustainable development and the rule of law in the context of pro bono projects.  Â
Sarah has an intrinsic passion for exploring strategic litigation avenues in business and human rights and environmental claims.
She is also a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group and is committed to the expansion of this practice within the firm. Â
