Larissa is a Canadian-qualified Associate on the international litigation team. Her work focuses on large scale international claims related to environmental disasters, anti-competitive behaviours, and human rights abuses.
She holds a Juris Doctor (Silver Medallist) from the University of Saskatchewan (Canada) and an LLM (First Class) in European Law from the University of Cambridge, where she was elected a Clare Hall Scholar and received the Herbert Smith Freehills LLM Bursary and the Moxon Scholarship. Larissa also holds a Master of Economics from the University of Regina (Canada), a Bachelor of Economics from Unisinos (Brazil), and an Associate of Arts from Santa Fe College (USA).
Larissa has a broad range of international professional and educational experiences, having lived in England, Canada, the United States, and Brazil. In her spare time, Larissa loves to combine travel and fitness – from paragliding in Florence and surfing in Lisbon, to cycling in Mallorca and hiking in Banff National Park.
