Having served in the legal field for 15 years, Kristen’s experience includes product liability, personal injury, wage and hour issues, spoliation, and class actions.
In 2009, Kristen joined Pogust Millrood (which would later become Pogust Goodhead). At Pogust Millrood, Kristen provided support on complex pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort cases. In her position as a paralegal at Pogust Millrood, Kristen served as head paralegal in two pharmaceutical liability trials in the Central District of California of the United States District Court.
In 2017, Kristen was accepted to attend law school. While Kristen was attending law school, she was also working full-time as a litigation paralegal at Pogust Millrood. During her time in law school, Kristen worked as a research assistant, conducting research on implicit biases in the courtroom.
Currently, Kristen serves as a litigation associate at Pogust Goodhead, representing clients in the following litigations: Elmiron, ParaGard IUD, Philips CPAP, Abbott formula recalls, and Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC), among others.
Kristen also provides free legal representation to individuals and families facing or experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia.
Kristen is an active member of the Grassroots Law Project and the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Organization for Women, among other organizations.
