Kelly is a Canadian lawyer qualified in 2020 with a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. After obtaining her law degree, Kelly completed a judicial clerkship at the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
Prior to joining the Pogust Goodhead London office, Kelly worked as a litigator at a top-tier Canadian firm where she acted as counsel in complex commercial disputes, judicial reviews, arbitrations, and appeals. She has appeared at all levels of Court in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kelly also has significant experience acting for Indigenous communities and government in Canada on matters involving Aboriginal and Treaty rights and Indigenous law. She brings this experience along with her common law qualification to Pogust Goodhead’s international team.
Outside of her regular practice, Kelly enjoys acting as counsel on pro bono matters involving access to justice.
