Harnita Rai

Harnita qualified as a as a solicitor in September 2020 and joined Pogust Goodhead in August 2021 to assist with the Volkswagen Emissions Group Litigation. She also assists the medical team in respect of the firm’s TVM cases.

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Harnita worked in family law, product liability claims involving defective medical devices and more recently in travel litigation matters. She has worked for both Claimant and Defendant firms which has given her an insight into assessing claims from both perspectives.
