Daniel Malcolm

Daniel has been at Pogust Goodhead from the outset when he helped to coordinate the sign-up of over 200,000 clients in Brazil in the Fundao Dam Litigation. He has subsequently been heavily involved in investigating and pleading the factual case.

He also played a significant role in drafting the evidence for the jurisdiction challenges in the Fundao Dam Litigation and the Orange Juice Litigation. Working on the Orange Juice Litigation has spurred a developing interest in competition litigation.

Prior to joining Pogust Goodhead, Daniel completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University (Distinction). He has a degree in Classics and Philosophy (Literae Humaniores) from the University of Oxford. He also has a Diploma in Economics from the University of Warwick.
