Abigail is a practising solicitor (England & Wales) based in our Amsterdam office, who is passionate about using the law to protect vulnerable groups and the planet. Abigail is as part of the firm’s International Team, and is involved in a range of cross-border group litigations seeking to hold major corporates to account.
Abigail trained and qualified at international law firm Baker McKenzie, working in both London and Hong Kong during her training. Here, Abigail gained experience in contentious and non-contentious areas, including employment, corporate, trade and competition law. Abigail has continuously maintained a passion for pro-bono work with a particular focus on children’s rights projects and miscarriages of justice, as well as regularly volunteering at a legal advice centre.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Abigail worked as a freelance reporter at the European Parliament (Strasbourg) and a Legal Volunteer at the International Secretariat of Amnesty International (London) which fuelled her passion for public interest work.
