As a Senior Associate in Pogust Goodhead’s Global Competition Law department, Meghan Talbot represents the firm’s clients in major class actions, stand-alone actions, and collective actions in a range of antitrust and competition matters. Meghan is currently a member of the team prosecuting price-fixing claims in In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2724 (E.D. Pa.).
Meghan has served as a key member of trial and appellate litigation teams and has deep experience in managing complex discovery. Before joining Pogust Goodhead, Meghan practiced in a boutique plaintiffs’ class action firm representing institutional clients in antitrust and securities matters. Prior to that, she was an associate in the commercial litigation practice of an Am Law Global 200 firm. In that role, she represented clients in a wide range of high-value lawsuits and investigations – including the representation of corporate plaintiffs in major environmental and business interruption actions.
Meghan’s pro bono practice has included trial and appellate work relating to First Amendment protections and other civil rights claims.
